Draft Charter for EPDP team

Hi all,

I am sending here some updates about the discussion for EPDP charter. The
Drafting teams had few calls the last days, including a small team focusing
on finalizing the scope for the EPDP team work.

I am sharing here a draft charter with all sections except the scope (the
latest version for the scope will be sent seprately later on)

the goal is to get a final charter by next Tuesday to be ready for approval
in the next GNSO Council meeting the 19th July. We got a few days to make
any changes.

I also shared the call for volunteers for NCSG representatives to EPDP team.
