ICANN63 Topic Proposals due 27 July

Here is the community call for submitting proposals for
cross-community sessions and high-interest session.

Since the community does not at all listen to make cross community sessions
real cross communituy sessions I think we can just take a preemptive
approach and submit a proposal on EPDP and WHOIS and then be co-organizer
with the usual suspects that submit sessions on this.

Or we can just leave it as is. And just fight for members be on panels.

Let me know by 25 July what topics could be good.

Might not be a bad idea to invite a DPA ( which we were prevented from last
time) to a cross community session.
