NCSG Travel Policy Lacks Inclusivity Please

Hi,

since we are back to talk about policy, I am happy to jump in :)

We acknowledge that is not easy for everyone to find out how to participate
and get involved in all those policy discussions. However, one way is to
attend our NCSG Policy calls and ask any kind of questions about the topics
presented, we are there to respond and explain. Same when there is a policy
thread in NCSG list, asking questions is the right way to understand and
learn. Same where there are drafts (google doc)shared, you can ask any
questions there for clarification and background. It is hard to have
exhaustive and comprehensive documentation or material explaining
everything but it is more efficient to ask specific questions as you will
likely get an answer to that. Leadership and experienced members will
respond for sure (I can commit myself to do so, so feel free to ask me
anytime)

For this EPDP as it is not a usual PDP and will be a representative-based
working group, we will coordinate and build NCSG positions here on a
regular basis with the help our representatives (to be appointed soon) and
support from NCSG Policy Committee. so updates will keep coming. We may
need an extra regular calls just for the EPDP topic other than the monthly
policy call. Other channels may be set but that needs some thought.
