We will need people to keep track of document drafts emerging from other constituencies and the draft. We will need people to attend meetings and raise objections if others play tricks. Among other things <br>

I agree it does sound like a chicken-egg problem.  I guess the way around it is for serious volunteers to work closely and accept instructions from people like Stephanie and Farzy who are deeply involved. <br>
