NCSG Travel Policy Lacks Inclusivity Please

There is nothing amusing nor out of ordinary about it. The veterans can
clarify too. The travel policy is about reallocation of the ncsg ec slots
as well as  ncsg councilors in the event they cannot travel. Because it is
gnso councilors travel slot, involvement with policy is needed to be
reallocated
 this doesn't mean automatic reallocation but policy committee will apply.
Robin Gross can also explain. The councilors have to be present in meetings
(including councilors). Finance committee does not have to be present in
meetings to carry out its tasks as finance is not the core mission of ncsg
if policy committee doesn't apply for travel slot and the ec decides to
open it up to the members to apply then finance committee members can apply
and justify their attendance and ec can decide.

I suggest the finance committee protect the interest of members instead of
arguing for being given travel slots.
