NCSG Travel Policy Lacks Inclusivity Please

Dear chair,

It has come to my knowledge that there is a draft  NCSG Travel Policy,
which the NCSG-EC is about to discuss for adoption, however, what is
amusing is that the document is  Policy Committee focused, whereas there is
also the Finance Committee within NCSG.

Hence, I think it lacks inclusivity and there is need to begin to build
NCSG that is all-encompassing beginning with the way we work on our
policies, and above all, it lacks the
"Nondiscriminatory-and-impartial-application-of-rules" that NCSG promises
stakeholders, namely NPOC and NCUC.

I would therefore like to know why it has been so? I will also like it be
stand down until an update is made that is all-NCSG encompassing and thus,
request differing of the date for adoption by EC of this document for more
input.

I will appreciate your consideration and anticipated response.
