Leadership program for ICANN 61

Dear Farzaneh, Thanks for giving us this opportunity.

I am glad that two valuable members can attend. Even though I was not
candidate, I have one observation, however: Last year, If I am not wrong,
the same FIFO (first in first out/served) criterion was applied to select
the participant. Since time zones are different (for reading e-mail after
work or early in the morning), I don't think that it is fair to use FIFO to
select people for such an important/interesting training. I suggest that we
take that into account for next application.
