Hi Farzaneh, this sounds like a good idea. 
Using the google doc you've created and the initial points you've put in there, I have drafted some points, all in the "Suggesting" mode at this point.

I had a chat with NomCom and someone suggested that we come up with a portfolio for important skills we think  ICANN board members should have. 
Of course this does not mean they have to consider it  but it's just some guidance. Every group can do so as ICANN board did in this letter: https://www.icann.org/ en/system/files/files/icann- board-nomcom-guidance-09mar17. pdf
We need to do promptly before NomCom goes to candidate evaluation.
