Sally Costerton serving as ICANN SVP while actively soliciting and servicing unknown clients

Dear All,

1)In relation to the matter, Human Resources and the Directors would have
ensured that there is no conflict of interest with ICANN's Mission and
objectives.
2) The fact that they are elected or appointed as Board members, makes it
reasonable to infer that Directors are comptetent in safeguarding ICANN's
interests.
3)I agree that we should caution against assuming there is a conflict and
underhand dealings.
4)Afterall, there are many in ICANN who wear several hats.
5)If this is the case, 98% of the community within ICANN would probably be
disqualified.
6) In this instance, Human Resources and declaration of conflict of
interests would not doubt be canvassed.
7)We have to draw the line somewhere.
8)Nothing in this email is intended to insinuate that accountability and
transparency should be weakened or compromised in anyway.
9)I am just saying that we should be cautious and exercise care before we
insinuate sinister behaviour on the part of Ms Sally Costerton.

Limited.”"

Troubling, to say the least.
