Sally Costerton serving as ICANN SVP while actively soliciting and servicing unknown clients

Hi Nick,
Limited information has been presented because ICANN has not been forthcoming with further details, despite repeated enquiries from Mr Poole.
Whether the remuneration arrangement in itself is unusual is another question, but what is clear is that the accusation Mr Poole has put forward is shocking, if true.
We need to be careful before making such accusations but there is certainly enough out there to raise questions around Costerton — and at a minimum, whether ICANN's disclosure of interest policies for senior management are sufficient.
Best wishes, Ayden

Is ICANN behind deliberately untransparent - I don't think we can say that with the very limited information presented thus far. I think Remmy makes a good point - worth checking that there is no conflict of interest.

It is my opinion (and judging by repeated follow-up enquiries, I think it is safe to say, the view of the author too) that ICANN is not being sufficiently transparent here.
