Hi Ayden
Thanks for sharing.

It looks initially as a case of conflict of interest, but at the same time,
it may have been declared to the board or omission by Sally Costerton
Advisory Limited to either remove or formally step down on the company
depending which applies as per ICANN rule of engagement for SVP.

I am not adducing excuses for the company or Sally but it may be nice to
inquire from the board if this conflict was declared at any time, which
does not false declaration in IRS forms if so required, moreso if such
*arrangement* (emphasis is mine) as stated to have applied to Dr. Crocker,
may likely applied or leveraged by Sally.

In addition, who fills the IRS form for senior officers in ICANN? by
themselves or guided internally? Is it the stipulations?

What exactly was the 'arrangement' entered with Dr Crocker. Any document to
that effect?

Definitely more explanation is required and thanks to John Poole.

Best
Remmy
