Sally Costerton serving as ICANN SVP while actively soliciting and servicing unknown clients

Hi, all-

I was reviewing the correspondence which ICANN has received, and noticed that the editor of DomainMondo has been repeatedly writing to ICANN regarding the unusual remuneration arrangements of the Senior Vice President of Global Stakeholder Engagement, Sally Costerton. It is my opinion (and judging by repeated follow-up enquiries, I think it is safe to say, the view of the author too) that ICANN is not being sufficiently transparent here.

I want to draw your attention to this disturbing comment in a [recent letter](https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/correspondence/poole-to-calvez-13oct17-en.pdf): "Costerton has, apparently, since 2012, with the blessing of ICANN’s Board of Directors and top management, been simultaneously serving as ICANN Senior Vice President while also actively soliciting and servicing unknown clients and customers of her corporation “Sally Costerton Advisory Limited.”"

Troubling, to say the least.
