[NCUC-DISCUSS] NomCom2 Review Survey for Community Input

Plowed through it, it took me about half an hour. I basically tried to
emphasize the contrast of GNSO seats in NomCom, where the BSG has four
seats and the NCSG only one. There is some room for high-lighting the
issue, especially if one uses the blank fields provided. All NCSG members
should fill this survey, I think.

I tried to keep an eye out on the question Bill pointed out, but couldn't
see it or maybe it was in some other form.
