That would be great! I had originally thought this was something staff
could do for us, rather than have us do all the work. However there
seem to be tons of people who want to help, which is great. Perhaps we
could just focus on the questions, which will be tough enough given the
huge range of topics and working groups at ICANN. Also a standard set of
questions that applies to most processes (eg. when did this actiivity
start, what was the trigger, where is the charter, what are the relevant
deadlines, how are/were members selected, is this process open or closed
now (who.can join) what are the key antecedent documents.)
This material is usually up there somewhere but I think a template would
help, so that we don't have to dig through everything to get the salient
facts. A finding aid for documents is a must for some of the longer
running processes and reviews.
