I find ICANN is a confusing place, even after over four years tracking
things. The issue you raise Michael reminds me of something I have been
meaning to ask....would it be helpful to have Frequently Asked Questions
up front on each activity/group on the website? There is a great of
ICANN staff support out there somewhere, and I wonder if we as a
community should try to focus that support to help us get up to speed
quickly on a process. FAQs are good for that, especially if one has not
checked in on something for a while....and I would be happy to ask for
them if others might find them helpful.
