Follow-up of meetings in Johannesburg

Rafik,

A quick question here: For a "Auction proceeds group" is this just about 
the mechanisms for managing the funds, just about the uses of the funds, 
or about both?
Also, which ever is the answer to that question, I would suggest leaving 
the "conflict of interest" discussion to the very end.
The potentials for conflict of interest will depend on both the 
mechanisms chosen for funds management, and approved uses of the funds.
Discussing that early would involve excess speculation and "what if" 
scenarios.
