This is a great point Baudouin.  I raised the matter of accrediting 
those who purport to be working on cybercrime or investigations on the 
RDS discussion a while ago, and got pretty well attacked....but I stick 
to my guns.  If a person or group is a legitimate contractor working on 
cybercrime, or a law enforcement body, they should have some kind of 
official recognition in order to get the detailed personal information 
they want.  Why should a reseller be forced to accept some stranger's 
word for who they are?  Accreditation is a two way street....
