SO:  That fine, for me it's not about ownership persee (govt can argue that
for all they care) it's about whether we can get some structuring and order
for once in this pot of soup called tld, but I guess that ship already
sailed and all we can do is make increased effort to educate typical users
on the mess we continue to create.
