FCC scraps net neutrality

Hi Badii,

  I think the reason why it was shared was for an informational purposes
and not for discussion since it's not related to our mission. I would say
the reason why we lack volunteers in working groups is the complexity in
the ICANN environment and the struggle to understand the high level policy
discussions.
