Questions to the NCSG Chair candidates

Hi

Since I cannot make the 'meet the candidates' call, I would like pose a couple questions to them here on the list.

You have both served time as the NCUC chair (David for half of 2012, Farzi this past year).  It might be useful to address:

1.  With regard to internal management/leadership, what have been your main “lessons learned” from chairing NCUC that would be applicable to/helpful in chairing NCSG?  What would you do the in the same way, or differently, for NCSG?

2.  With regard to our external interfaces with the staff and community, what have been your main “lessons learned” from representing NCUC that would be applicable to/helpful in representing NCSG?  What would you do the in the same way, or differently, for NCSG?
