Hi Mamadou,
Many thanks for this nomination. Arsene is one of most promising youth and
Internet activists with a very broad network of emerging young cyber/Netgov
professionals on the continent. If he can, he should definitely go for a
seat on GNSO Council. Great youth leader to have for forward looking
representation. I fully support his nomination.
