Nomination of Martin Silva Valent for the GNSO council

Hi all,I strongly support MARTIN SILVA VALENT for the  GNSO Council. I first met him during ICANN 57 at Hyderabad. Am much impressed by his spontaneity and quick decision makingin the interest of the organization he is working for. He is knowledgeable and always updates himself abouthis area of work. His rich background in the 'domain' of Law will sure help the GNSO and ICANN 'at large'. One proof from my side is that many civil society members who attended ICANN57 remember his contribution inthe meetings even now. I'd also highlight Martin Silva Valent is a mentor to many fellows on understanding ICANN and he's always supportive and encouraging of newcomers getting into policy work.
