Nomination of Martin Silva Valent for the GNSO council

Thank you very much, Raoul, for this excellent nomination. I would like to
wholeheartedly support Martin for the GNSO council. Martin and I met when
we were attending the fellowship programme. Since then, he has been not
only a great journey companion in the process of learning and making sense
of the ICANN environment, but also an incredibly valuable colleague in NCSG
policy discussion and, more recently, at the GNSO. I have no doubt that
Martin will represent the interests of NCSG while also bringing in the
Latin American perspective wisely.

My full support to Martin.
