Nomination of Avri Doria as the chair of the NCSG

Hello Raoul,

I second the nomination of Avri Doria.
I have work with her at the IGF MAG level and the level of her experience
and engagements within the space is something everyone will desire for.
She is almost everywhere on earth contributing to policy development, she
has all it takes to diplomatically manage the affairs of NCSG to the next
level.

Avri, we are expecting a big yes from you.
