CCWG Accountability Work Stream2: please complete the Ombudsman Survey

I agree it is problematic....I filled it out anyway  because I think it 
is important to comment on the function.  But it seems over the top. 
However, I was quite critical of the Westlake review of the GNSO because 
they reviewed (if memory serves) something like a dozen and a half staff 
and former staff and zero registrars, so I think it is important to 
figure out what groups are responding in a voluntary survey.

I think Ayden makes an important point with respect to language.  While 
I understand the importance/necessity of having a dominant language and 
I personally benefit from it, language awareness and accommodation ought 
to be something we remember to put in all of our comments.  We need to 
assess, preferably independently, how ICANN is working for non-english 
speakers, and push for better services.
