Briefings to aid in your preparations for the Dublin meeting. Please 
note that thanks to our GDD colleagues, this edition also includes a 
section on the status of implementation of adopted GNSO policy 
recommendations. You are encouraged to share the background briefings 
with your respective groups and/or anyone else that might be interested.
