Please find attached for your review and consideration the Final Issue
Report on a Next-Generation gTLD Registration Directory Service (RDS) to
replace WHOIS. You can find the summary report of public comments in
Annex D of the report (to review all the comments, please
see http://forum.icann.org/lists/comments-rds-prelim-issue-13jul15/).
You will also find attached a redline version that will make it easier
to review the changes that have been made as a result of the public
comments.
