There is obvious need for restructuring. A scenario where NCSG becomes
clearing house/meeting point ( for both ncuc and npoc members) while it's
leadership is feed in from the npoc and ncuc members would be desirable.
If someone applies to npoc/ncuc, he or she should automatically become
NCSG.
I remember asking on this list whether if NCSG signs a statement it indeed
mean npoc and ncuc signed but I got no response which makes me wonder if
ncsg indeed has a parent role afterall.
