Hi Stephanie,

technology can help but we still human beings to do stuff. I am discussing
with the admin support that we got (she will spend 12 hours per week for
NCSG , same for NCUC and NPOC) . I am working with her to see what tasks
need to be done and what can be improved to make things more easy for our
members e.g for meetings, confcall, communication, online workspace etc.

in term of workspace, we have the wikispace. it is based in confluence and
it is really powerful and flexible. for example, for those who has an
account ( anybody who join a working group , in GNSO council etc) can
"watch" or "favourite" a page and so anytime there is update, he/she will
receive a notification . you request looks more elaborated. other CS groups
may use different tools to keep track or do project management (basecamp),
but that will add some overhead and cost we have to investigate and
support.
I will welcome here concrete proposal or in-kind help , the idea is not to
create a whole complex ecosystem of tools that we will have difficulty to
maintain but something easy to use and simple.

Best,

Rafik
