Fwd: [council] Summary of IPC Comments on "The Protection of Geographic Names in the New gTLDs Process"

	I think many of us will be interested in the IPC comments on this issue. While NCSG members have differing opinions on the policy priority that should be given to trademarks, it is worth noting that much of the IPCs reasoning holds for whether government interest in geographic domain names should trump free expression and other rights.
