Civil Society Statement on GAC Sub-Group's Proposal on "Geographic Names" in Top Level Domain Names

I would add a +1 to this with a caveat that, no government would have a
stronger voice than the other on the basis of their economy but rather on
the basis of the  geographic coverage of the name and when there is a tie
on that, the normal gtld process to resolving such is followed.
