But the argument in the CWG proposal are so strong, that it's test case
cannot be staged without asking several fundamental questions relating to
it's operational stamina. The point for me is, if you want contracting then
please do the right thing. Which is simply to find an entirely independent
contractor (similar to NTIA). Until we proof that with the CWG proposal, I
am afraid we will only be creating content that could drive us to a state
of no return when it's implementation is attempted.
