Seun, the arguments in Google’s submission are so weak, and so unrelated to Google’s interest as a business, that one can only explain them as part of an individual’s influence within Google.

Hi Milton,
Do we need to associate a global organisation's post to an individual? perhaps we can also say because i was once ICANN fellow hence the reasons for my view or maybe we also trace associates of IGP and connect to dot to Milton Mueller :-)
Overall i think the content is what should matter most in all these.

We all know that Vint Cerf, former board chair of ICANN, is associated with Google and Google’s views on these matters tend to reflect his views.

Maybe i have not been communicating my concerns effectively, perhaps the recent submission by google could help further explain some of the concern i personally have about the current cwg proposal, which the NCSG supported without any much specific details that are actually critical to making a test scenario for the proposal.
