Comments from the CWG proposal

Dear all,

Maybe i have not been communicating my concerns effectively, perhaps the
recent submission by google could help further explain some of the concern
i personally have about the current cwg proposal, which the NCSG supported
without any much specific details that are actually critical to making a
test scenario for the proposal.
