[Igf-team] Global IGF 2017 - NCSG

Dear all,
	The Proposal is almost finished, of course we could improve every last word of it, but it has the basics things to be submitted. As it is now, James should put the proposal in with his IGF account, and once there add at least the speakers que have confirmed. I reached out to many other candidates, I know several of you have too, which will likely be confirming in the next days or weeks, so the work is far from over. Since we put the proposal in we still can improve everything and make it better and better. So don’t put your arm down. 
	The deadline for submission is Wednesday, 3 May 2017 23:59 UTC-11. I will let James, or who ever submits the proposal, arrange the exact time of the submitting (if James can’t, I can do it and even Tapani proposed to submit it eventually).
	The main thing to add and improve is the co-organaziers and speakers that will ultimately give shape and will make the roundtable a success. To engage them and keep them engaged, maybe even have some prep talk about what they are login to talk, just they all arrive with some previous idea. I am sure that the most we get them to participate beforehand the better will be able to organize something more substantial. So feel free to keep doing outreach and communication the workshop. 
	Thank you all already for the work, the time was very narrow, let’s go the MAG give us one more chance at building something interesting, past years were always good experiences.
