Hi Tapani, All
As the NCSG EC, we have a responsibility to follow the Charter, and since
NOTA is not compatible, or a requirement, I do not support it as a choice
on a ballot. The Charter is our guide and its rules and procedures are
what we follow, until such time that it changes.
