[NCSG-PC] PSWG Informal Meeting with NCSG

Sorry, for me, Mon and Tues times are direct conflicts with our open 
Closed Generic Small Team presentations on our Framework recommendations.

I could do Monday @5pm Eastern. Otherwise, conflicted.  I would like to 
attend... but also happy to hear what happens if I miss.
