Hi Rafik,

I’m happy to volunteer should there be no other takers (though I recognize I’m already on the slate for several other sessions, and that I spoke at ICANN86 on the GAC panel on DNS abuse).

Also fagging that the session conflicts with a NCSG policy committee meeting (2 of 2).

We got an invitation to have a representative from NCSG to join the GAC plenary session on DNS abuse. We have to send a name by Monday.

Dear Andrea,

On behalf of the GAC Topic Leads on DNS Abuse, we would like to invite you to participate in the ICANN87 GAC Plenary Session on DNS Abuse, as a representative of your respective community group, taking place on Tuesday, 20 October, from 10:30 to 12:00 local time (UTC+8).

The session will run for 90 minutes, the discussion with invited community representatives expected to take place during the second part of the session, approximately from 11:15 to 12:00 (45 mins). Speakers will be invited to join the GAC at the head table for the discussion, and we kindly invite you to join us at the table before the start of that portion of the session at 11:15 local time.

The general idea for the discussion is for each group to share its perspectives and expectations regarding the ongoing work on DNS Abuse Mitigation PDP1 and the development of PDP2, helping to provide the GAC with a broader understanding of the different stakeholder views and considerations.

Due to time and seating constraints, our preference is to have one speaker representing each invited community group, and we very much appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this regard.

Could you please confirm the name of your designated speaker, by Monday 5 October? If you intend to use slides, we would also appreciate receiving them by Monday 12 October.
