Hi Rafik, hi Caleb,

I agree with Caleb that we should avoid duplicating the new gTLD
discussion already planned for NPOC.

For the NCSG session, I suggest focusing on safeguards in DNS abuse
mitigation, particularly how to protect legitimate nonprofit domains
from unjustified suspension. Notice, proportionality and accessible
appeal mechanisms would be useful points to discuss with the PDP
leadership and relevant ICANN staff.
