[NCSG-PC] NCSG-ALAC intersessional meeting

Hi all,

we will have soon this month intersessional meeting with ALAC instead of
session during ICANN87. to prepare for the agenda, I proposed to them if we
should cover the topics to be discussed in ICANN87 such as DNS abuse,
review of reviews etc and its sides to share their positions. nothing
unusual but I would like:
- confirm the list topics
- who can lead for each
