Dear Bruna and Members of the Policy Committee,

Thank you, Bruna, for facilitating this process.

I would also like to sincerely appreciate the Policy Committee (PC) for the
trust and confidence placed in me when I was first selected to serve as the
NCPH Vice Chair of the GNSO Council.

The past year has been both a rewarding experience and a valuable learning
journey. Serving in this role has taught me the importance of maintaining
neutrality in Council leadership while ensuring that discussions, agendas,
and policy considerations reflect the diverse perspectives of stakeholders,
including those of the NCSG.

With this experience, I am writing to seek your support for my
reappointment as the NCPH Vice Chair of the GNSO Council.

Throughout the past year, I have actively contributed to Council leadership
by helping shape meeting agendas, reviewing policy matters, facilitating
discussions, and supporting constructive engagement on governance and
policy issues, including those that require careful consideration before
reaching the full Council.

This experience has deepened my appreciation of the different interests
within the GNSO and the importance of building consensus without losing
sight of the principles and priorities that matter to our community. It has
also reinforced my commitment to ensuring that non-commercial perspectives
and public interest considerations are meaningfully reflected in the policy
development process.

Looking ahead, I remain committed to strengthening the voice of the NCSG in
Council discussions, promoting transparency and accountability, and
contributing to policy outcomes that serve the broader Internet community.

If given the opportunity to serve another term, I hope to build on the
experience gained over the past year, continue learning from colleagues,
and contribute even more effectively to the Council's work.

Thank you once again for your trust, encouragement, and consideration. I
would be grateful for your continued support.

Warm regards,
Peter
