[NCSG-PC] NCPH Day 0 draft agenda / Require slides

Hi all

I am sharing the updated agenda here

For the latest development, in particular regarding presentation to the
board, CSG is still insisting on preparing their slides to present their
positions for the different topics.
So we have to prepare our own slides and share NCSG positions. So I am
asking the leads for those topics to share slides or summary in order to
prepare the NCSG presentation. So please work on this asap.
It is not the result I intended but I am not surprised unfortunately as
there is still desire to push for their constituencies positions in
different venues.
