[NCSG-PC] Two policy meetings

Hi all

Here is the suggested agenda for the two NCSG policy meetings. One PC
meeting conflicts with SSAD. Maybe we can move around with NCSG and
constitencies session. If not we just appoint alternates. We can also move
some of these to NCSG session that Rafik is running should he be covering
similar topics.

NCSG Policy Meetings Agenda
Meeting 1
Duration: 75 minutes
Topic 1: Remedy Mechanisms (35 minutes)
• Welcome and framing (5 minutes)
• Presentation by NCSG and potentially ICANN staff: Remedy mechanisms
across ICANN for registrants (15 minutes)
• Presentation by Registry (TBC): perspective on remedy (10 minutes)
• Q&A and discussion (5 minutes)
Topic 2: Authentication of Law Enforcement (35 minutes)
• Debrief on current status and recent developments (20 minutes)
• Group discussion (15 minutes)
Wrap-up (5 minutes)
Meeting 2
Duration: 90 minutes
Topic 1: Data Protection Across ICANN Contracts (25 minutes)
• Presentation by ICANN Staff (tbd) Data protection policies in ICANN
contracts (15 minutes)
• Q&A and discussion (10 minutes)
Topic 2: Council Updates and Active PDPs (50 minutes)
• What is happening at the Council (15 minutes)
• Overview of different PDPs and their current status (25 minutes)
• Discussion and member input (10 minutes)
Wrap-up (15 minutes)
