[NCSG-PC] Fwd: Draft Public Letter to ICANN Board - do you want to sign on?

Hi Rafik,

I support co-signing the letter. The IPC suggestion also makes sense as the
GNSO Council Leadership plays an important coordination role between the
Council, WG leadership and the Board.
