[NCSG-PC] NCSG & CPH Pre-ICANN86 Meeting

Hi Rafik,

If I maiy, here are a few possible framing ideas for the Board engagement
discussion between NCPH ahead of ICANN86:

   -

   Readiness and predictability for the next round of the New gTLD Program,
   including implementation of the SubPro recommendations and operational
   preparedness for the Applicant Guidebook (AGB).
   -

   SSAD and broader Registration Data Request Service (RDRS) / access
   discussions, especially practical lessons learned, usability,
   accountability, and realistic expectations for future evolution.
   -

   Community concerns around predictability mechanisms and implementation
   accountability in the next round, including SPIRT and broader concerns
   regarding how major implementation changes are introduced after policy
   adoption.
   -

   For DNS Abuse policy and implementation developments we could voice our
   position again.
