Hello,

Yes, many clashes. Paul had asked me, at the beginning of the Team 14 search committee, to schedule a session for ICANN86 to discuss the process. I have since reached out to the team 14 search committee and Paul and he would be okay with discussing the process during the NCPH meeting or scheduling something informally with the search committee. I will remove that session.

Thanks for the draft schedule.
Yes it is clear there are several clashes so we need to decide on the tradeoff such as 6DNS abuse WG sessions.
I seebwe have clashes wirh GNSO working session or GNSO-GAC session, GNSO Council public meeting and that will impact councillors. So we need to decide what is acceptable.
What NCPH team 14 meeting? I don't think we agreed yet with CSG about reviewing procedure or how to proceed.

Hello all!

Please find attached what I have been able to add so far. I am still working with Kathy and Gisella for joint sessions with SSAC and ALAC. The SSAC slot I have chosen is tentative. Please look at the slot for the NCSG/CPH session and let me know if that is okay. NCSG will not be able to have all 4 slots on Tuesday. Please give feedback ASAP so I can make changes if needed.

Hello all!

I have been given the go ahead to start placing sessions on the schedule. I have attached a copy of the schedule with the PDP sessions and GNSO Council sessions added. Please note, there WILL BE conflicts. Please look at the attachment so you can see what I am working with.

I will be trying to add the following sessions:

NCSG Wrap up

NCSG PC x 2-1 Saturday, 1 Tuesday, 1 needs to be 90 min.
