[NCSG-PC] session at ICANN on Internet and DNS during war and crisis

Hi Rafik

I am so sorry I know I am probably late but considering the state of the
world we have to deal with some real issues at ICANN and I wanted to
suggest a session on Internet and DNS stability during war and crisis and
the role of the Internet community.

I think you had the meeting already but this is a really important topic
and we need to bring the community back to discuss and come up with
concrete suggestions.
