[NCSG-PC] Board seat 14

Hi all,

Based on our last discussion, we reached the conclusion to reappoint Chris
for board seat 14. We will follow-up discussion about expectations from him
from now and for the next 3 years.
I am sending our decision to CSG leadership to follow-up with next steps.

list ?or should I do it?
