Hi Yao,
Thanks for putting this together—the content looks excellent and is very
well argued.
Before we submit, I noticed a minor numbering loop in the NCSG Position and
Recommendations section: Section 4 appears twice ("Security, Stability, and
Predictability" and "Alignment with Universal Acceptance").
To fix this, we just need to renumber the latter half of the
recommendations from 4 through 7 as follows:
✓ 4. Security, Stability, and Predictability
✓ 5. Alignment with Universal Acceptance (previously 4)
✓ 6. Transparency and Accountability of the LGR Process (previously 5)
✓ 7. Monitoring Real-World Impact and Adoption (previously 6)
Everything else flows perfectly and is ready to go.
