[NCSG-PC] Joint sessions with ALAC and SSAC

Hi all,

I asked ALAC and SSAC about scheduling  joint sessions but they need to get
topics first.

For ALAC, we can discuss Review of Reviews of we have strong interest. We
can bring the topic of DNS abuse while we might have divergent viewpoints.
Anything else.

For SSAC, we had HRIA explanation in last session and there was some
reaction. I don't know if we should have follow-up. Is there any other
topic we should consider?

If we don't have strong interest, we might reconsider scheduling those
joint sessions.
